Registered Student Organizations may request and reserve spaces on campus through GT Events.

- Any issues with GT Events should be submitted through Service Now:
- Navigate to https://gatech.service-now.com/home and ensure you are logged in with your GT credentials.
- Click on "IT Service Catalog".
- Next, click on "Online Support (Request Help)".
- Finally, provide information about the issue via the form to submit a ticket. You will receive a copy of your incident and will receive updates via email.
Students
Students may request and reserve some spaces on campus through GT Events.

- Students who are not part of an RSO can reserve space in the Student Center, Exhibition Hall, and West Village at the External Client rate.
- Any issues with GT Events should be submitted through Service Now:
- Navigate to https://gatech.service-now.com/home and ensure you are logged in with your GT credentials.
- Click on "IT Service Catalog".
- Next, click on "Online Support (Request Help)".
- Finally, provide information about the issue via the form to submit a ticket. You will receive a copy of your incident and will receive updates via email.

GT Departments and Colleges may request and reserve spaces on campus through GT Events

External Clients
External Clients wishing to request spaces in the John Lewis Student Center and Stamps Commons, Exhibition Hall, West Village, or the Historic Academy of Medicine should start their reservation process through this form.
